Start With a Paid Build Plan

A serious build should not start from a vague idea.

The paid planning process helps define what needs to be built, who will use it, what problem it solves, what features are required, what platform makes sense, what outside services may be involved, and what the realistic build estimate may be.

Planning consultation starts at $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

Planning minimum: $300 upfront.

The planning process can help determine:

• Whether the project should be a website, app, link app, iOS app, Android app, tablet tool, desktop tool, or multiple-platform build
• Whether it needs login/accounts
• Whether it needs payments or subscriptions
• Whether it needs AI
• Whether it needs forms, dashboards, customer portals, or publishing support
• What outside platform fees or service fees may be involved
• What must be written into the scope before build work starts

How the Process Works

1. Paid Planning Session

The project starts with paid idea cleanup and planning. No consulting, planning, design, or build work starts until paid.

2. Written Scope

The idea is turned into a written scope. The scope explains what is included, what features are being built, what platform is needed, and what the build is expected to cost.

3. Deposit

A non-refundable build deposit is required before build work starts. The deposit amount is determined after the planning process and written estimate.

4. Build

ISR_DigiToolsâ„¢ builds the agreed project according to the written plan. Scope changes, added features, major revisions, or new requests cost extra.

5. Final Payment and Handoff

Final balance is due before delivery, publishing, file transfer, access transfer, handoff, or launch.

Once the project is paid in full and handed over, the finished client-specific project belongs to the client.

No Lifetime Payment Trap

ISR_DigiToolsâ„¢ does not build projects as an endless monthly trap by default.

Once the agreed project is completed, paid in full, and handed over, the finished client-specific project is yours.

That also means you are responsible for it after handoff.

You are responsible for hosting, platform accounts, publishing status, advertising, marketing, users, customers, upkeep, maintenance, payment accounts, content, compliance, and continued operation unless a separate paid maintenance agreement is signed.

What ISR_DigiToolsâ„¢ Does Not Do By Default

ISR_DigiToolsâ„¢ builds the agreed app, program, website, or business tool according to the written plan.

ISR_DigiToolsâ„¢ does not advertise, promote, sell, boost, rank, or get users for your app, program, website, product, service, or business unless a separate written paid marketing agreement is signed.

ISR_DigiToolsâ„¢ does not guarantee downloads, users, website traffic, app traffic, customers, rankings, sales, income, platform approval, or business results.

Getting people to buy it, download it, visit it, use it, subscribe to it, share it, review it, or pay for it is the client’s responsibility.

Outside Fees

Platform fees, publishing fees, hosting fees, account fees, payment fees, AI/API fees, storage fees, domain fees, plugin fees, software fees, advertising fees, and outside service fees are the client’s responsibility unless written otherwise.
