ISR_DigiTools™ Terms & Build Process

These terms explain how ISR_DigiTools™ handles app, program, website, calculator, business tool, AI-assisted tool, template, and digital build projects.

This page is provided so customers understand the process before paying for planning, consulting, design, development, publishing preparation, or build work.

A separate written agreement may still be required before any work begins.

1. What ISR_DigiTools™ Builds

ISR_DigiTools™ builds custom digital tools for serious customers, including but not limited to:

• App idea cleanup and build planning
• Phone-friendly link apps
• Custom apps
• Custom programs
• New business websites
• New personal websites
• Website design and function setup
• Customer intake systems
• Booking and request tools
• Contractor calculators
• Quote calculators
• Material calculators
• Business dashboards
• Customer portals
• Basic iOS and Android apps
• Tablet and desktop-accessible tools
• Basic novelty apps, including randomizer / award / joke / challenge / picker-style tools
• AI-assisted generator tools
• First working app versions
• Functional templates and digital business systems

Every project is based on a written scope. Anything not written into the scope is not included.

2. Plain-English Explanation

Not every “app,” “website,” “program,” or “business tool” is the same.

A phone-friendly link app is a tool that opens from a link and works on a phone, tablet, or computer.

A website may be personal, business, informational, lead-focused, sales-focused, or functional depending on the written plan.

A functional website may include forms, customer intake, quote tools, booking requests, calculators, dashboards, or other agreed features.

A clickable demo is a visual version people can click through, but it may not have every real working feature connected.

A business tool may calculate prices, collect customer information, organize requests, create quotes, or help run part of a business.

An iOS or Android app may require platform accounts, platform review, publishing preparation, outside services, and third-party fees.

An AI-assisted tool may connect to an outside AI system and may require outside accounts, usage fees, limits, third-party rules, and ongoing costs.

The final project type is determined by the written scope, the customer’s budget, the required features, and the agreed build plan.

3. Paid Planning Comes First

No consulting, planning, idea cleanup, research, strategy, app review, website review, scope writing, feature planning, pricing breakdown, technical direction, or build work begins until payment is made.

Planning and consulting are billed at $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

The minimum planning/consulting charge is $300 and must be paid upfront.

Planning and consulting payments are non-refundable.

The planning process may identify:

• What the customer wants built
• Who will use it
• What problem it solves
• What features are required
• What platform makes sense
• Whether it needs a website, link app, iOS app, Android app, tablet access, desktop access, or multiple platforms
• Whether it needs user accounts
• Whether it needs payments or subscriptions
• Whether it needs AI
• Whether it needs forms, dashboards, portals, storage, publishing, or third-party tools
• What the realistic build estimate may be

The planning process does not include build work unless specifically written and paid for.

4. No Work Starts Until Paid and Signed

No planning, consulting, project work, design work, build work, website work, app work, program work, publishing work, handoff work, revision work, or delivery work begins until:

1. The required payment is received and cleared; and

2. The required agreement or written approval is signed.

Payment alone does not remove the need for a signed agreement.

A signed agreement alone does not remove the need for payment.

Both are required.

5. Non-Refundable Build Deposit

A non-refundable build deposit is required before build work starts.

Unless otherwise written and agreed, build deposits may range from 65% to 75% of the quoted project price.

The exact deposit amount is determined by ISR_DigiTools™ based on the estimated project cost, project type, complexity, deadline, platform requirements, and risk.

The deposit pays for scheduling, reserved work time, planning, setup, design, preparation, research, development, communication, and initial build work.

Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

The deposit is not refundable if the customer changes their mind, delays the project, stops responding, changes direction, loses interest, finds another provider, cannot afford the remaining balance, fails to provide needed information, disagrees with platform rules, or decides not to continue.

6. Final Balance and Handoff

The remaining balance is due immediately upon project completion and before final delivery, publishing, file transfer, link release, account handoff, admin access, owner dashboard access, source file release, website transfer, app transfer, or completed project handoff.

ISR_DigiTools™ is not required to release final work, working files, build files, source files, login credentials, published links, app files, website files, platform access, admin access, or completed project assets until the project is paid in full.

7. Failure to Pay Final Balance

If the customer fails or refuses to pay the remaining balance after ISR_DigiTools™ completes the project according to the written scope, the customer forfeits any and all rights, ownership claims, access rights, license rights, use rights, transfer rights, publishing rights, and delivery rights to the finished project to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Until paid in full, the project remains owned and controlled by ISR_DigiTools™ and Iron Strike Revival™.

Failure to pay does not automatically cancel the debt.

The customer may still be liable for the remaining balance, collection costs, attorney fees, court costs, and enforcement costs to the fullest extent allowed by law.

8. Scope Controls Everything

The written scope controls the project.

The scope may include:

• Project type
• Number of pages
• Number of screens
• Included features
• App / website / program flow
• User roles
• Account requirements
• Payment requirements
• Subscription requirements
• AI requirements
• Form requirements
• Dashboard or portal requirements
• Data storage requirements
• Platform requirements
• Publishing requirements
• Included revisions
• Final delivery method
• Deadline, if accepted in writing

Anything not written into the scope is not included.

Verbal conversations, casual messages, assumptions, rough ideas, examples, and “I thought it included that” statements do not override the written scope.

9. No Open-Ended Continuous Building

ISR_DigiTools™ is not hired for open-ended continuous building, unlimited development, unlimited changes, unlimited support, unlimited revisions, unlimited updates, or indefinite availability.

The project is strictly limited to the written scope.

Once the features in the written scope are completed, the project is considered complete.

Any additional work requires a new written quote, change order, or separate agreement.

10. Change Orders

Any new feature, page, screen, design change, function, form field, payment feature, login system, subscription feature, owner dashboard, AI feature, database feature, storage feature, publishing requirement, integration, automation, website function, or other request added after the scope is agreed to is a change order.

Change orders cost extra.

No extra work is required unless the added cost is accepted and paid as requested.

11. Revisions

The project includes only the revisions listed in the written scope.

If no revision number is listed, the project includes up to two reasonable rounds of revisions.

A revision means a small adjustment to work already included in the original scope.

A revision does not mean adding new features, changing the entire idea, rebuilding major sections, changing the project type, replacing the design direction completely, adding new pages, adding new integrations, adding payments, adding subscriptions, adding AI, adding login/accounts, adding an owner dashboard, or starting over.

Major changes cost extra.

12. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide all information, content, approvals, and access needed for the project.

This may include:

• Business name
• Logo
• Photos
• Written content
• Product or service details
• Pricing information
• Contact information
• Legal policy wording
• Website content
• App idea details
• Program idea details
• Feature requests
• Account access
• Platform access
• Payment processor access
• Hosting access
• Domain access
• Publishing account access
• AI/API/service account access
• Approval or feedback when requested

ISR_DigiTools™ is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, slow responses, unclear instructions, wrong information, account problems, verification problems, or the customer failing to provide what is needed.

13. Accuracy and Rights

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

The customer is responsible for making sure they have the legal right to use all logos, photos, names, slogans, music, videos, fonts, designs, written content, business information, app ideas, website content, and other materials supplied for the project.

The customer agrees not to provide stolen, copyrighted, trademarked, restricted, misleading, illegal, or unauthorized material.

14. Third-Party Fees and Outside Costs

The customer is responsible for all third-party fees and outside costs unless specifically written otherwise.

This may include:

• Platform fees
• Publishing fees
• Account fees
• Hosting fees
• Domain fees
• Payment processor fees
• AI/API usage fees
• Database fees
• Email service fees
• Storage fees
• Plugin fees
• Software license fees
• Paid template fees
• Legal policy tool fees
• Subscription tool fees
• Verification fees
• Transaction fees
• Advertising fees
• Marketplace fees
• Any other outside service, account, platform, tool, or software needed for the project

These fees are not included unless specifically written into the quote.

15. No Platform Approval Guarantee

ISR_DigiTools™ does not guarantee approval by any app store, payment processor, AI provider, social platform, hosting company, software provider, advertising platform, marketplace, domain provider, or third-party service.

Approval decisions are controlled by outside companies.

If a third-party platform rejects, delays, reviews, requests changes, suspends, restricts, or denies the app, website, account, payment setup, ad, listing, service, tool, or platform, ISR_DigiTools™ is not responsible for that decision.

Any extra work required because of third-party rejection, policy changes, account problems, missing customer information, verification issues, or platform requirements may cost extra.

16. No Advertising, Marketing, Sales, or User Acquisition Included

ISR_DigiTools™ is hired to build the agreed app, program, website, tool, or digital product according to the written scope.

ISR_DigiTools™ is not hired to advertise, market, promote, boost, post, sell, launch campaigns, manage social media, manage ads, gain users, gain downloads, gain website visitors, gain customers, gain buyers, gain subscribers, gain traffic, improve rankings, create revenue, or create business results unless a separate written paid marketing agreement is signed.

The customer is solely responsible for advertising, marketing, promotion, sales, customer acquisition, user acquisition, app downloads, website traffic, search rankings, social media reach, customer service, pricing, offers, business operations, and all business results after the project is completed and handed over.

Building the project does not include making people buy it, download it, visit it, use it, subscribe to it, share it, rank it, review it, or pay for it.

17. No Guaranteed Results

ISR_DigiTools™ does not guarantee that the project will:

• Make money
• Get downloads
• Get customers
• Get users
• Get website visitors
• Get leads
• Get buyers
• Get subscribers
• Get approved by any platform
• Rank in search results
• Rank in an app store
• Go viral
• Attract investors
• Produce sales
• Reduce business costs
• Prevent business losses
• Stay live forever
• Pass third-party review
• Create any specific business result

Those outcomes depend on the customer’s own marketing, advertising, pricing, business model, offer quality, customer service, audience, platform rules, competition, market demand, ongoing upkeep, legal compliance, and business decisions.

18. No Ongoing Maintenance Unless Separately Paid

ISR_DigiTools™ is not responsible for ongoing upkeep, maintenance, updates, hosting, posting, advertising, support, bug fixes, publishing management, live-status monitoring, security monitoring, renewals, content changes, platform changes, account issues, or continued operation after handoff unless a separate written paid maintenance agreement is signed.

Once the project is completed according to the written scope, paid in full, and handed over, responsibility for continued use and operation transfers to the customer.

19. Websites, Hosting, and Live Status

If the project includes a website, the customer understands that websites may require hosting, domain names, platform accounts, plugins, themes, software, updates, renewals, security settings, and outside fees.

Unless a separate paid maintenance agreement is signed, ISR_DigiTools™ is not responsible for keeping the website live, updated, secure, renewed, hosted, backed up, ranked, advertised, or functioning after handoff.

20. AI Features

If the project includes AI features, the customer understands that AI output may be imperfect, inaccurate, repetitive, unexpected, offensive, incomplete, unavailable, delayed, or limited by outside systems.

ISR_DigiTools™ does not guarantee that AI output will be unique, legally safe, factually correct, profitable, compliant, or approved by any platform.

AI tools may require outside fees, limits, API keys, usage restrictions, and third-party terms.

The customer is responsible for reviewing AI output before using it publicly or commercially.

21. Ownership After Full Payment

After the project is completed according to the written scope, paid in full, and handed over, the final completed client-specific project is transferred to the customer.

After handoff, the customer is responsible for the project, including use, content, updates, hosting, domains, renewals, accounts, passwords, security, publishing status, platform compliance, payment processing, user support, customer service, data handling, advertising, marketing, sales, maintenance, continued operation, legal compliance, and any claims caused by how the project is used.

ISR_DigiTools™ may keep copies of working files, notes, layouts, reusable systems, general methods, code patterns, templates, frameworks, automations, prompts, workflows, project structures, and build processes.

The customer does not own ISR_DigiTools’ general tools, reusable systems, private workflows, templates, internal prompts, methods, processes, frameworks, or internal build systems.

22. Legal Content

The customer is responsible for legal wording, including terms and conditions, privacy policy, refund policy, subscription terms, disclaimers, user rules, app policies, website policies, payment rules, customer agreements, safety warnings, and business compliance.

ISR_DigiTools™ may help place, format, or draft general wording, but ISR_DigiTools™ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Customers should have legal documents reviewed by a qualified attorney.
