PROOF LOCKER PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Proof Locker, operated by Iron Strike Revival (“Iron Strike Revival,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the Proof Locker mobile application.
Proof Locker is designed as a local-first documentation and recordkeeping application. The records, photographs, location details, signatures, and notary-section information you create are stored locally on your device unless you intentionally export or share them.
By using Proof Locker, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION YOU CREATE IN PROOF LOCKER
Depending on the features you choose to use, Proof Locker may allow you to create or store:
• Proof files
• Agreement records
• Titles, notes, descriptions, and category-specific information
• Names of parties, signers, customers, contractors, recipients, buyers, sellers, or other individuals
• Payment, delivery, property, vehicle, equipment, job, rental, or agreement details
• Photographs captured with the device camera
• Photographs selected from the device photo library
• Optional GPS coordinates
• Optional reverse-geocoded address information
• GPS accuracy and capture timestamps
• Typed acknowledgment names and timestamps
• Signer names
• Signer roles or titles
• Optional signer email addresses or identifying notes
• Drawn signatures entered directly on the device
• Signature timestamps
• Optional notary-section information, including jurisdiction, county, date, signer names, notary name, and commission-expiration information
• PDF layout, cover, header, and footer preferences
This information is entered or selected by you.
2. LOCAL STORAGE
Proof Locker stores proof files, agreement records, photographs, signature drawings, typed acknowledgments, notary fields, usage counters, and PDF preferences locally on your device.
Proof Locker does not provide:
• A Proof Locker account
• User registration
• Developer-hosted cloud record storage
• Automatic record synchronization
• Automatic cloud backups
• Remote document signing
• Remote signer authentication
• Background location tracking
Iron Strike Revival does not receive or store the contents of your locally created proof files, agreement records, photographs, signature drawings, GPS stamps, typed acknowledgments, or notary fields merely because you use the app.
3. CAMERA ACCESS
Proof Locker requests camera permission only when you choose a feature such as “Take Photo.”
Camera access is used to capture documentation photographs that you choose to attach to a record.
Proof Locker does not continuously access the camera and does not use the camera in the background.
4. PHOTO LIBRARY ACCESS
Proof Locker requests photo-library permission only when you choose to import an existing photograph.
Selected photographs are copied or referenced for use in the record you create.
Proof Locker does not automatically scan or upload your entire photo library.
5. LOCATION ACCESS
Proof Locker requests location permission only when you choose “Add GPS Address Stamp” or a similar user-initiated location feature.
When requested, Proof Locker may process:
• Latitude
• Longitude
• Estimated accuracy
• Capture date and time
• A reverse-geocoded street or general address, when available
Location information is stored as part of the local record.
Proof Locker does not collect location continuously, does not monitor movement, and does not access location in the background.
GPS and address information may be approximate, incomplete, or unavailable depending on the device, signal, settings, and location services.
6. SIGNATURE INFORMATION
Proof Locker Pro may allow users to create optional signature sections.
A signature section may include:
• Printed name
• Role or title
• Optional email address or identifying note
• A signature drawn on the device
• Signature date and time
• A blank printable signature line
Signature information is stored locally as part of the applicable record.
Proof Locker does not verify:
• The identity of the person signing
• Whether the signer had authority to sign
• Whether consent was valid
• Whether a signature is authentic
• Whether a signature is legally enforceable
• Whether a document satisfies electronic-signature laws
Proof Locker does not remotely send documents to signers, authenticate recipients, provide identity verification, or maintain a remote audit trail.
7. OPTIONAL NOTARY SECTION
Proof Locker Pro may allow users to add a printable notary section to a PDF.
The notary section may contain optional fields for:
• State or jurisdiction
• County
• Date
• Signer names
• Notary printed name
• Commission expiration
• Notary signature line
• Notary seal or stamp area
Proof Locker does not perform notarization, connect users with a notary, verify notary credentials, apply a notary seal, or determine whether notarization is legally required or valid.
A properly commissioned notary must independently complete any notarization.
8. EXPORTS AND SHARING
When you choose to export or share a PDF, Proof Locker uses the Apple iOS share sheet.
You control the destination. Depending on the apps and services installed on your device, you may choose to send or save a document through:
• Apple Files
• iCloud Drive
• Email
• Messages
• AirDrop
• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• Other compatible applications or services
Once you export or share information outside Proof Locker, the receiving application, service, person, or storage provider controls that copy according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Iron Strike Revival does not control third-party destinations selected by you.
9. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASE INFORMATION
Proof Locker offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
Apple processes subscription purchases, billing, payment credentials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and Apple ID information under Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
Iron Strike Revival does not receive your complete credit-card number, bank-account information, or Apple ID password.
Proof Locker uses RevenueCat to help verify purchases, restore purchases, determine active subscription access, and unlock Plus or Pro features.
RevenueCat may process subscription-related technical information, including:
• An automatically generated anonymous App User ID
• Device type
• Operating system
• App version
• Subscription product
• Purchase status
• Subscription status
• Renewal or expiration status
• Restore activity
• Apple receipt information
• Transaction-related timestamps
• Last-seen app-use information associated with subscription management
This information is used to operate purchases, restore access, prevent purchase errors, and determine which subscription features should be available.
Proof Locker does not intentionally send the contents of your local records, photographs, signature drawings, GPS stamps, typed acknowledgments, or notary fields to RevenueCat.
RevenueCat processes information according to its own agreements and privacy practices.
10. NO ADVERTISING OR SALE OF RECORD CONTENT
Proof Locker does not include third-party behavioral advertising.
Iron Strike Revival does not sell, rent, or trade the contents of your Proof Locker records, photographs, signatures, GPS stamps, typed acknowledgments, or notary fields.
11. DATA RETENTION
Local information remains on your device until one of the following occurs:
• You delete a record
• You remove an attached photograph
• You clear or replace a signature
• You remove a notary section
• You delete the Proof Locker application
• Your device removes application data
• Your device is erased, damaged, lost, reset, or replaced
Deleting the app may permanently remove unexported local records and photographs.
Subscription-related information handled by Apple and RevenueCat may be retained according to their legal obligations, fraud-prevention requirements, accounting requirements, service agreements, and privacy policies.
12. BACKUPS
Proof Locker does not automatically back up records to an Iron Strike Revival server.
You are responsible for exporting important records to a storage location you control.
Users should regularly export important documentation to Apple Files, iCloud Drive, another cloud-storage provider, email, AirDrop, or another secure location.
Iron Strike Revival cannot recover local records that were never exported and are lost because of device loss, app deletion, device reset, storage failure, or other damage.
13. INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE
Proof Locker may allow you to enter information about another person.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful and appropriate reason to collect, enter, photograph, sign, store, export, or share another person’s information.
You must not use Proof Locker to:
• Forge a signature
• Impersonate another person
• Create fraudulent records
• Misrepresent consent
• Collect information unlawfully
• Photograph someone unlawfully
• Enter another person’s private information without appropriate authority
• Create deceptive or misleading documentation
14. SECURITY
Proof Locker uses device-level application storage and Apple platform protections available to the app.
No storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your device with appropriate security measures, which may include:
• A device passcode
• Face ID or Touch ID
• Current operating-system updates
• Secure backups
• Careful control of exported documents
• Careful control of who can access the device
15. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Proof Locker is a general documentation tool and is not designed specifically for children.
Users must not knowingly use Proof Locker to unlawfully collect, store, or share information belonging to a child.
A parent, guardian, business, school, contractor, property manager, or other responsible party is responsible for determining whether its use involving a minor is lawful and appropriate.
16. YOUR CHOICES
You control the information entered into Proof Locker.
You may:
• Choose whether to create a record
• Choose whether to attach photographs
• Choose whether to add GPS information
• Choose whether to add signer information
• Choose whether to capture a drawn signature
• Choose whether to add a notary section
• Edit eligible records while the applicable paid plan is active
• Delete local records
• Export or share selected documents
• Deny Camera, Photos, or Location permission
• Change app permissions through Apple Settings
• Restore purchases
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple subscription settings
Denying an optional permission may prevent the associated optional feature from working, but the remaining app features may still be used where applicable.
17. SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRATION
When a paid subscription expires or is canceled:
• Existing local records remain viewable
• Existing local photographs remain viewable
• Existing signature information remains viewable
• Existing notary-section information remains viewable
• Paid creation, editing, export, search, filtering, timeline, duplication, signature, notary, and professional PDF tools may relock according to the plan rules
Cancellation does not automatically delete local records.
18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Proof Locker depends on certain Apple services and RevenueCat for app distribution, purchases, subscription verification, restoring purchases, and platform functionality.
These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Relevant third parties may include:
• Apple Inc.
• RevenueCat, Inc.
• Any storage, email, messaging, or sharing application selected by the user
19. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Apple, RevenueCat, and any service selected through the share sheet may process information in countries or regions other than the user’s location.
Their processing is governed by their respective legal terms, privacy policies, and applicable laws.
20. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when Proof Locker features, legal requirements, third-party services, or data practices change.
The updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of Proof Locker after an update means the user acknowledges the revised Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Advertising Measurement and Meta App Events
Beginning with Proof Locker version 1.0.1, Proof Locker uses Meta App Events to measure app installs, app launches, advertising performance, and the effectiveness of Proof Locker advertisements.
Depending on the user’s device settings and permission choices, Meta may receive limited device identifiers, app-event information, crash information, and other technical measurement data.
Proof Locker does not send the contents of user-created proof records, uploaded photos, agreements, notes, signatures, exported PDF files, or optional GPS record details to Meta through this advertising-measurement integration.
On supported Apple devices, users are shown Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission request. Users may decline tracking permission without losing access to Proof Locker’s core features.
Meta processes information it receives under Meta’s own privacy terms and policies.

Proof Locker does not have an in-app user account system. When contacting support about a purchase, you may be asked to provide limited information needed to locate or troubleshoot the subscription. Do not email private record contents, signatures, identification documents, or sensitive photographs unless specifically necessary and you understand the risks of email transmission.
